When will my credit card be charged?

Because the majority of our products are special order, your credit card will be charged at the time that you place your order.  If you have any questions or concerns about this policy, please contact us.

How will my order be shipped?

At BuyPlumbingDirect.com, all of our items are shipped via FedEx. Shipments weighing 150lbs. or less are shipped via FedEx Ground. Larger shipments, weighing over 150lbs., are shipped via FedEx Express Freight.

How much is shipping?

Shipping and handling charges are calculated automatically in your shopping cart.  Shipping charges are based upon the weight of your order and the zip code of the destination. Please use the shipping calculator located on the main shopping cart page to find out how much it will cost to ship your order.

When will my order be shipped?

We make every effort to get your order to you in a timely manner.  In-stock items are generally shipped within 1 to 2 business days.  If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you within one business day.  Special and custom orders may take longer to process.  For more information on shipping please contact us.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States (excluding Puerto Rico).  We apologize for any inconvenience.

How do I cancel an order that I already placed?

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may change or cancel your order at anytime by e-mailing us at info@buyplumbingdirect.com.

Do you charge sales tax?

We do not collect sales tax on items purchased at BuyPlumbingDirect.com, unless the order is being shipped to New York.  New York deliveries are charged 8.25% state sales tax which is calculated during checkout.

What is your return policy?

Our return policy is as follows:

• There is a 25% restocking fee on merchandise returned/exchanged for any reason other than a product defect or damage.

• Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt for shipping damages.  You must notify us within three (3) days of receipt of a damaged shipment.  We are not responsible for shipping damages reported after this period.

• You must e-mail us at info@buyplumbingdirect.com to obtain an RA# (Return Authorization Number) prior to returning your shipment.  Please be sure to write this number on the outside of the box that you send back to us.  Returns without an RA# will be refused.

• Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days from when you receive your shipment.  Items must be returned in their original packaging as shipped by BuyPlumbingDirect.com. 

• Any item returned in packaging other than the original packaging will be refused.
